Once placed and paid an order, we cannot cancel it.No exceptions.

CONFERENCE OF THE ADDITION INDUSTRY

It is very important that the shipping address is inserted correctly.We do not extract or take shipping addresses from PayPal or third party payment processors as an address where the order will be shipped.If the shipping address is incorrect or up-to-date from our website (check the receipt you have been sent via email for verification), you will risk the loss of the package.Orders without the correct shipping address (including missing suite or apartment numbers) are not eligible for replacement or refund.

NATIONAL ORDER (ITALY).

All orders will take on average 1-3 working days (from Monday to Friday) or not to be processed* (during our working hours).Your order will be shipped with Corriere Espresso SDA after it has been processed by us.This ensures faster and cheap shipping methods.

Please note that the express rate is 1-2 working days for you.These delivery dates are after processing the order.

Our shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

We send orders from Monday to Friday excluding the holidays of Italy.If you place an order during the weekend, your order will begin to be processed on Monday at the reopening and order in which it was received.

SDA delivers orders from Monday to Friday.

EUROPEAN INTERNATIONAL ORDER

All orders require 2-3 working days (from Monday to Friday) for processing and are shipped with UPS or DHL after processing.This ensures faster shipping methods.

Express delivery times are 3-5 working days.

Our shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

We send orders from Monday to Friday excluding the holidays of Italy.If you place an order during the weekend, your order will be shipped on the working day after the reopening.

 

MONITORING

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking will be sent directly via email.If you do not see your tracking number, check your unwanted mail folders or spam and also make sure to allow emails from info@hennasbazar.com to receive this notification.Your tracking number can also be found in your account by accessing and viewing your orders made.

O PROBLEMS IN ORDER

If you receive your incomplete order or with any errors in your order (or not delivered), please contact us immediately at info@hennasbazar.com.Make sure you have your order number at hand.

Limit of time.Please note that you have the responsibility to inform us within 5 days of delivery of your order regarding any problems or errors of the order.A notification after 5 working days will cancel your complaint.You are responsible for following all communications within 24-48 hours of our response with any updates.

Failure to follow up with us within such time frame will cancel any request for replacement or refund.No exceptions.

For missing products we will send you the missing product.If you have received another product by mistake, we will book the carrier for return, we will send you a letter of Vettura to be applied over the package.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We need photos of all damage when you start a damage claim for insurance purposes.When your order arrives, please immediately inspect the parcel for any damage that may have occurred during the shipment.It is normal that the shipping package shows signs of wear, however, if you have occurred damage to the shipping products, communicate it immediately.You can submit a damage claim only within 5 working days of delivery of the package.No exception or extension.Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that have damage to the packaging and the package (outside), if the external package has damage.

EVIDENT DAMAGE TO PACKAGING

If the packaging has obvious damage, it is recommended to accept it with reserve right and also to indicate the damage of the packaging detected.If there are any breaks in the content, please contact us immediately at our email info@hennasbazar.com with a maximum limit of 5 working days from the date of receipt.In the mail, remember to insert the photos that show the damage.

PERIOD ORDER

It can happen that orders are lost during transport and we want to make sure that you find your order as soon as possible.We entrust to SDA, UPS or DHL delivery of orders in a timely manner and you paid to receive your order safely and securely.

Follow these steps to track your lost / missing order:

Check the delivery confirmation or tracking number.This has been sent by email to us at info@hennasbazar.com.Check the unwanted/spam mail folder if you do not see it.Go to SDA.it or UPS.com or DHL.com to track your order.If you are unable to locate your tracking, please contact us at info@hennasbazar.com for further assistance.

Make sure you have provided us with the correct address and a valid email address.

Does the delivery time of the delivery confirmation or tracking numbers match the usual delivery time of the mail?

Did the courier leave the parcel to a neighbor or another place when you're not home?

Did they leave you a retirement notice?

Contact the SDA customer office or local post office or call UPS or DHL to obtain further assistance and report any thefts.

NOT DELIVERABLE OR NOT REQUESTED

If your order comes back to us because it is undeliverable and/or unclaimed, we will contact you to inform you.The following options are available:

We can return your order, in which additional shipping charges will be applied.You will be responsible for shipping the return costs.

If this is a mistake in the order by Henna’s Bazar, we will send you the order at no cost for you.

If you prefer to cancel your order, a 20% penalty will be applied for the replenishment and cancellation of € 5.95 . Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CONFIRMED DELIVERY

If the parcel has been confirmed as delivered and you have not actually received it, contact the local post office and courier first.Please follow our steps "Lost or missing Orders" found above.After performing these steps, contact us.Make sure you have your order number and SDA contact information at hand so that we can start an investigation with SDA.The investigation takes 14 days to be completed.We will then inform you of any results.Only after the conclusion of our investigation with the Courier, you will be sent the replacement shipping option.No refunds are made with confirmed mail as delivered.No exceptions.
