The following are the conditions governing the sale of products by the Company Henna's Bazar .

Henna's Bazar reserves the right to change the conditions of sale.

Any new rules will be effective from the moment they are posted on our site and will refer to sales made by that time.We invite you to carefully read these sales conditions each time, before making purchases.

 

1 – IDENTIFICATION OF THE SITE

Buying on hennasbazar.com is intuitive and fast:

- Select the product you want to buy first by clicking on its button.This way you will have added the product in your shopping cart.

-At any time you can consult the contents of the cart to make any changes in quantity or to remove items by clicking on the relevant button placed in the top bar.

-Once you have decided the quantity and type of products to buy, click on the “Go to the case” button on the top menu next to the cart.If you are already our customers, just enter your email address and password chosen during registration.If you are not still our customers, you must register so that your data is used to facilitate and speed up sucessive orders.

- Follow the instructions provided on the next pages until you arrive at the redirection screen to Paypal to make secure payment.After paying with one of the methods provided by Paypal, the order is officially concluded and you will be delivered a confirmation email by Paypal for payment and one by Paypal Henna's Bazar to confirm the order.

2 - PRODUCTS: PRICE AND FEATURES

The prices of the products are those indicated on the individual products.In case of update, those published, from time to time, cancel and replace the previous ones. Henna's Bazar reserves the right to confirm or change the prices of products published on your website at the time of confirmation of your order.

The images of the products are indicative and not binding.And in case of sale of the upper piece, we can choose to supply the individual pieces of units below, reaching the quantity required in the order.

3 - ORDER

Each order transmitted to Henna's Bazar constitutes a contractual proposal of the customer and, therefore, is binding on Henna's Bazar only if the purchase procedure is respected in all its steps and payment confirmed by Paypal.In case Henna's Bazar is unable to escape the order received, the customer will be informed in a short time and refunded of the sums already paid in the face of the supply not performed.In this case the customer has no right to any compensation or compensation.

The documentation on the ordered products is issued by Henna's Bazar at the time of shipment of the goods.

 

4-PAYMENT MODE

 Henna's Bazar accepts payments via Bank Transfer, Pay Pal and all major credit cards.

 Henna's Bazar will never enter into possession of the card data used for payment.

-Bank transfer

 By paying by bank transfer the goods will be shipped only after checking the accredied to our current account.All the data necessary to carry out the operation will be communicated by sending an automatic email to the customer.

-Reload Post Pay

You can pay by charging on our Poste Pay card, whose extremes will be provided as soon as you complete the order in case you choose this payment method.

 

Invoice

After receiving the order confirmation email, send a message indicating the number of MatchesVAT on registration data already included on Henna's Bazar.Once the order has been shipped Henna's Bazar will no longer be able to issue invoice.

 

5- SHIPPING AND CONSINISHING

The failure to read the Terms and Conditions of this page does not cancel your liability.

EXTERNAL

Once placed and paid an order, we cannot cancel it.No exceptions.

CONFERENCE OF THE ADDITION INDUSTRY

It is very important that the shipping address is inserted correctly.We do not extract or take shipping addresses from PayPal or third party payment processors as an address where the order will be shipped.If the shipping address is incorrect or up-to-date from our website (check the receipt you have been sent via email for verification), you will risk the loss of the package.Orders without the correct shipping address (including missing suite or apartment numbers) are not eligible for replacement or refund.

NATIONAL ORDER (ITALY).

All orders will take on average 1-3 working days (from Monday to Friday) or not to be processed* (during our working hours).Your order will be shipped with Corriere Espresso SDA after it has been processed by us.This ensures faster and cheap shipping methods.

Please note that the express rate is 1-2 working days for you.These delivery dates are after processing the order.

Our shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

We send orders from Monday to Friday excluding the holidays of Italy.If you place an order during the weekend, your order will begin to be processed on Monday at the reopening and order in which it was received.

SDA delivers orders from Monday to Friday.

EUROPEAN INTERNATIONAL ORDER

All orders require 2-3 working days (from Monday to Friday) for processing and are shipped with UPS or DHL after processing.This ensures faster shipping methods.

Express delivery times are 3-5 working days.

Our shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

We send orders from Monday to Friday excluding the holidays of Italy.If you place an order during the weekend, your order will be shipped on the working day after the reopening.

MONITORING

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking will be sent directly via email.If you do not see your tracking number, check your unwanted mail folders or spam and also make sure to allow emails from info@hennasbazar.com to receive this notification.Your tracking number can also be found in your account by accessing and viewing your orders made.

SPECIAL CONSEGAN REQUEST

Please talk to your courier to request special delivery options.We are unable to meet special delivery requests.

  

O PROBLEMS IN ORDER

If you receive your incomplete order or with any errors in your order (or not delivered), please contact us immediately at info@hennasbazar.com.Make sure you have your order number at hand.

Limit of time.Please note that you have the responsibility to inform us within 5 days of delivery of your order regarding any problems or errors of the order.A notification after 5 working days will cancel your complaint.You are responsible for following all communications within 24-48 hours of our response with any updates.

Failure to follow up with us within such time frame will cancel any request for replacement or refund.No exceptions.

For missing products we will send you the missing product.If you have received another product by mistake, we will book the carrier for return, we will send you a letter of Vettura to be applied over the package.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We need photos of all damage when you start a damage claim for insurance purposes.When your order arrives, please immediately inspect the parcel for any damage that may have occurred during the shipment.It is normal that the shipping package shows signs of wear, however, if you have occurred damage to the shipping products, communicate it immediately.You can submit a damage claim only within 5 working days of delivery of the package.No exception or extension.Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that have damage to the packaging and the package (outside), if the external package has damage.

EVIDENT DAMAGE TO PACKAGING

If the packaging has obvious damage, it is recommended to accept it with reserve right and also to indicate the damage of the packaging detected.If there are any breaks in the content, please contact us immediately at our email info@hennasbazar.com with a maximum limit of 5 working days from the date of receipt.In the mail, remember to insert the photos that show the damage.

PERIOD ORDER

It can happen that orders are lost during transport and we want to make sure that you find your order as soon as possible.We entrust to SDA, UPS or DHL delivery of orders in a timely manner and you paid to receive your order safely and securely.

Follow these steps to track your lost / missing order:

Check the delivery confirmation or tracking number.This has been sent by email to us at info@hennasbazar.com.Check the unwanted/spam mail folder if you do not see it.Go to SDA.it or UPS.com or DHL.com to track your order.If you are unable to locate your tracking, please contact us at info@hennasbazar.com for further assistance.

Make sure you have provided us with the correct address and a valid email address.

Does the delivery time of the delivery confirmation or tracking numbers match the usual delivery time of the mail?

Did the courier leave the parcel to a neighbor or another place when you're not home?

Did they leave you a retirement notice?

Contact the SDA customer office or local post office or call UPS or DHL to obtain further assistance and report any thefts.

Limit of time.Keep in mind that you have the responsibility to inform us

within 5 working days from the order delivery date regarding any order not received.A notification after 5 working days will cancel your complaint.You are responsible for following all communications within 24-48 hours of our response with any updates.

NOT DELIVERABLE OR NOT REQUESTED

If your order comes back to us because it is undeliverable and/or unclaimed, we will contact you to inform you.The following options are available:

We can return your order, in which additional shipping charges will be applied.You will be responsible for shipping the return costs.

If this is a mistake in the order by Henna’s Bazar, we will send you the order at no cost for you.

If you prefer to cancel your order, a 20% penalty will be applied for the replenishment and cancellation of € 5.95 . Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CONFIRMED DELIVERY

If the parcel has been confirmed as delivered and you have not actually received it, contact the local post office and courier first.Please follow our steps "Lost or missing Orders" found above.After performing these steps, contact us.Make sure you have your order number and SDA contact information at hand so that we can start an investigation with SDA.The investigation takes 14 days to be completed.We will then inform you of any results.Only after the conclusion of our investigation with the Courier, you will be sent the replacement shipping option.No refunds are made with confirmed mail as delivered.No exceptions.

6- CHANGES AND RESIUES

Customer satisfaction is important to us and goes beyond the point of sale.You have 14 days to return your products.Unfortunately we are not able to process refunds and returns after 14 days.

The return of the product must be unopened, sealed and in the original conditions.You are responsible for shipping costs for return.

All returns must be pre-approved.

To begin the return procedure, simply follow these steps:

Send us an email with the order number and product name you wish to return to info@hennasbazar.com

Wait for an answer that authorises your return (this may take 24-48 hours during our working hours)

Once authorized, use the original packaging Henna's Bazar or any padded envelope or box to safely ship your return

Make sure that you include a copy of the receipt or packing quotation with your return so that the refund can be applied correctly

We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days for processing to your financial institution.

Although we are unable to process the orders just made through the return procedure, if you want to replace the article, make a new online order of the product you want.

Shipping costs for return are non-refundable.

If your return or change results from our error, we will send you a return label for the prepaid shipment.All returns must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt of the prepaid shipping label or you will be charged the cost of the product.

 

CHANGES

Sorry, we do not offer any change on the returned products.No exceptions.

PRODUCTS THAT "NON FUNZIONANO"

We do not offer refunds on products that "do not work".We strongly support all our products.They will work for you, if used according to our instructions, professional advice and will also offer additional support via email advice without additional costs.Our hair products must be used according to the hair type and texture of the hair to succeed.You are responsible for using the products according to our instructions and recommendations.Otherwise, you are not entitled to a refund.

INGREDIENT

If you are allergic to a product, we cannot offer returns or refunds on such items.We cannot check who can or cannot be allergic to the ingredients present in our products.We strongly recommend to make patch tests all henna, herbs and ayurvedic products before their full use, on the skin to verify any allergies.

 

7 - PRIVACY

The personal data requested during registration at the site and forwarding the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the customer's requests.

The holder makes known that the eventual non-communication or incorrect communication of one of the mandatory information has as a consequence:

• the possible failure to comply with the results of the processing to the obligations imposed by tax, administrative and labour law

In the event of disputes between the parties, the conciliative procedures will be the responsibility of the Court of Siena - Civil Section Via Camollia, 85, 53100 Siena SI.
