For Bathroom Adults:

• Dissolve the salts in a warm bath of 37-39 °C;
• Immerse yourself and relax for 20 minutes;

For general health of the skin and for wellness add 1/2 - 1 cup (about 100 gr - 250 gr.) to your bathroom.To help clean and purify, use 2-4 cups (500 gr 1 kg).

For Pediluvio:

• Dissolve 1/2 - 2 cups (about 100 g.- 500 g.) of Salt in a foot of 5 liters with water of 37 °C;
• Immerse your feet and relax for 20 minutes, adding hot water if necessary;

For Hair:

• Add it to your shampoo or balm, if you make the cow-wash, to make a natural scalp scrub, remove excess sebum, any desquamations and reactivate circulation.
• It balances some minerals that with the washes are missing, leaving the silky hair nourished and refreshed.
