Trigonella foenum-graecum powder

1. - Wash your hair with our Ayurvedic Shampoo in Powder, Shikakai or Reetha, mix the powder of Fieno Greco with a little warm demineralized water until you get a paste.
2. - Keep in mind that it may be necessary to add more liquid as the Fieno Greco can expand.
3. - Apply the mixture on the hair from the root to the tip and gently massage it on the scalp.
4. - Leave the mask for 1-2 hours to get the best results.
5. - Wash away the mask for hair, hydrate (with a Vegetal Oil) , dry and hair as usual.

Mask for hair growth:

Mix the powder of Fieno Greco (100 g long hair up to the shoulders, adjust according to need) with 1 teaspoon powder Aloe Vera, add 1-2 tablespoons Amla oil for Ayurvedic Hair ( Herbal Hair Oil Mix previously prepared) and 6-7 drops of Essential Rosemary Oil.
